My name is Jasmine, and I’m a designer based in San Francisco. My work lives at the intersection of art, social justice, and innovation. I use creativity as a tool to tell stories, solve problems, and inspire change. I’m guided by the words of Black Panther Party editorial artist Emory Douglas: "Art is a way to enlighten and educate the masses, to bring people together, and to create a new consciousness that is inclusive of everyone who is oppressed."
Through my design journey, I’ve come to see that art is more than aesthetics; it’s a powerful medium for dialogue, disruption, and empowerment. This realization has shaped my commitment to using design as a force for real-world impact.
My practice spans murals, editorial work, web & app design, and graphic art, all aimed at amplifying marginalized voices and reshaping dominant narratives. As technology continues to evolve, I remain focused on using design to build equitable, inclusive futures that challenge convention and expand the possibilities of what design can do.
